I enjoyed the first plotline of this book, but the second, third and fourth plot lines really didn't wow me. I felt like the same jokes were being told over and over again. Rincewind is panicking! Twoflowers is oblivious! Death is at hand but oh they escaped but it just got worse again! ( and again, and again, and again )There were some interesting cultures, but they were never defined as more than passing anecdotes. Twoflower's passivity and emotional blankness made it hard to care about the character. I have no idea why Rincewind didn't abandon him to a well deserved death. Death and the Luggage are the best parts of the book
